Yes on all three of these Goodra serves no real purpose. Espeon is simple bait that has shitty stat spread and awful moves and typing.
Lucairo, while not awful, is losing to the pace of the meta.
The one I disagree with is Infernape. I dare you to try and find me a fast mixed sweeper with two of the best STABS in the game.
Oh, by the way, he's incredibly unpredictable and has multiple sets. From Lead to late game cleaner to special sweeper to physical sweeper to mixed sweeper.

Medicham, no. The reason for this being that Pinsir and Charizard still exists and still are superior oiptions.
Gardevoir, no. Same as above.

Yes to everything except for Aegislash. Despite Ageislash being the best Pokemon to ever fucking exist, it's not that big of a deal. It's extremely strong, and that's as far as it goes. It's not inherently broken like the other three you listed.
