It probably wouldn't change much, but stab stone edge is a nastier attack than earthquake, I think. Rock stab isn't very common, especially behind Terrakion's speed.

Offensively, Rock/Fighting is a better combo (Ground + Fighting is really redundant coverage).

Defensively, Ground/Fighting is a better combo (it avoids Thunder Wave and isn't weak to Bullet Punch. Ice Shard becomes a problem, but seriously nobody good uses Ice Shard).

Ground/Fighting makes him weak to Flying though, which is pretty dangerous with Talonflame and M-Pinsir.
