This right here really bother me:

This implies that a reason it should be banned is because it draws out the game and is "annoying" yet stall teams are a completely legitimate strategy that does the same thing. I understand that stall actually requires skill unlike swagplay but you can't make one of your reasons for suspect testing something be "because it makes people mad and draws out games" when other legitimate strategies do the exact same thing.
