How do you usually go about transferring Pokemon from Heart Gold -> B/W2? And is it possible to do it using a 3DS XL and a regular DS Lite?

Poke Transfer Lab in BW and yes. I put BW in the 3ds and HGSS in ds lite

I have Heart Gold on an R4 an a legit copy of Black and White. I have two DS Lite and one 3DS XL.

Can I get pokes from HG to to BW2? How?
