Not OP but I've never understood this either. Is it IVs or EVs that matter?

What I have been doing is taking it into Route 4 Where there are virtually no mons that give attack or defense EVs and then leveling it there, then taking it into route 5 where for bigger EXP, fleeing when I get into a pancham

There was only one off on the defence stat, so I just gave it a spare iron I had, which was a great idea, thanks for it >>18529424
