I use it on a semi-stall team in and it's super good.
It doesn't dismantle teams by itself but if it's ever in front of something with under 100 base speed (that's still a lot of stuff) or something that's paralyzed, there's nothing the opponent can do from stuff it from KOing something. Aegislash is the only issue (it and slowbro are literally the only good pokemon capable of somewhat countering it,) which is why I use it as a Baton Pass pivot in conjunction with Bisharp.
