I believe you OP, for some reason the roms do weird things when you emulate them on phones without you having to use cheats. Last time I played LeafGreen I spent days in the safari zone looking for a Chansey with Lucky Egg, and in one of those encounters I found a freaking Charmander, boxed 4ever. Never got the Lucky Egg ;_;
