Why is that? It has 115 base speed, 105 attack, and a useable 85 sp.atk and HP.

I am using a Tyrantrum with decent success. Let's try it.
I'm guessing a fire or electric type special sweeper to get rid of water and ice types is mandatory to start with.

Use a M-Venusaur to get rid of water/fairy types (mega because waters carry Ice Beam often)
Rotom-W can get rid of waters and covers ALL of Tyrantrum's weaknesses

The Ninjask on that team would only run protect, substitute, toxic, and baton pass to stall out and gain some speed boosts due to its ability and pass it on to another teammate with BP. Blaziken could fulfill the same role and take a hit much better

Purugly gets Defiant as a HA, but needs to be transfered
Luxray and Stoutland have Intimidate as an ability and get Baby Doll Eyes via their lowest prevo, making physical attackers -2 before an attack (assuming no priority)
Assault Vest Seaking with max Special Defense has mid-range Blissey Special Defense. With transfered HA Lightningrod it only has a weakness to Grass, and gets Drill Run and Knock Off via B2W2 move tutors.

Nullifies it, and ups it Special Attack by 1, which can be used for Scald or Hydro Pump or whatever.

One of the best Taunters in the game and that speed stat means it'll be getting around most anyone. Plus the Knock Off buff in Gen 6 greatly increased his utility.

Yeah, I guess drifblim with Minimize could also work at decreasing the opponents accuracy but toxic is nice as it wears them down slowly while you continue to gain speed boosts to pass on
