Bald was poor word choice, but expresses how it appears to me when the rest of its face is so obviously furry. It may be because it colored in flesh-tones.
On another note, I can't wait for move tutors. Drain Punch on this guy will be amazing. Its the one move that'll allow it to run Assault Vest and Bulk Up viably. Perhaps even Ice Punch to round out coverage.
It already has a lot of interesting options to run, just lacks the longevity to make use of it.
