Find something in your PC that's Adamant, find some way to breed it into other things until you get something in Magikarp's egg group.

Catch something with synchronize then. Then you'll only ever need to find 1 adamant poke. Go to Route 4/5/whichever it is and use the pokeradar to chain Ralts and capture instead of KOing them, with turn 1 repeat/quick balls. Once the chain breaks check your PC and see if any are adamant/synch

The secret is to build up a collection of 6IV hack dittos with good natures. Breeding anything takes less than an hour if you have one around.

If you're already hacking, why not just hack the pokemon? Do you feel it somehow makes your pokemon more legit than straight hacks?
