This didn't take a lot of effort. I'd just required some trading around in the community. Most people will give away their 4 IVs for free.
It literally takes me no more than 10-15 minutes to breed a 5 IV. If I need egg moves than it will take maybe 5-10 more minutes. It's much more convenient to just hunker down and pop one out than download and switch games a bunch of times.
Breeding is SO EASY in this game.
Also, breeding can be done in places where you don't have wifi. Plane rides, bus rides, at your family's house out in the country where they don't even know what a computer it is etc.
The only simplicity that Genning would bring for me is EV Training. But, if you don't even like the RAISING and TRAINING aspect of the game, what the fuck is even the point of playing it? Really, why not just use a sim? If that's the case, then it's YOU who's wasting a bunch of time, because you could just sit down and make a simulator team in like 20 seconds instead of gen and import each pokemon indiviually.
