Unfortunately a majority of the members are 15 year old kids who stopped being bug catchers and are now trying to be cool. The higher 'ranked' are more dangerous and knowledgeable, but very few.
Maybe a leader would be borne from one of them. Or they'd fall apart. It'd be difficult to outright destroy them though.
