Shit stats do tend to hide it. In order of BST, you have Genesect and all of the Bug-type Megas at 600, Volcarona at 550, and then Yanmega at 515. Few Pokemon with sub-520 BSTs are viable without having an amazing ability, type combo, or movepool.

Assault Vest Escavalier is pretty fun. Overcoat makes it immune to weather and power moves, and AV really lets it take a special hit. Top it off with Knock Off and you've got a contender.

With Iron Head and Megahorn as your 2 main attacks and Knock Off as utility, you're down to one move left. Drill Run is good and gives you nice coverage, but Pursuit is a very nice option too, turning it into a revenge killer on certain types. Running off 405 max Attack, it can really hurt.

well, i can make some for you

for example, bugs are what makes the world go. they pollunate plants, clear dead leaves from the forest floor, dispose of corpses etc etc, but who gets all the credit? the fairies. the bugs are what makes nature looks magical, but the fiaries get all the credit because bugs are icky.
