My Ratings Battle Rating isn't being updated on Pokemon Global Link.

Pic related: My battle history is Syncing correctly, but those battles are not being counted towards my Season totals.

Does anyone know what's going on? I've tried submitting a support ticket on PGL, but it's being ignored. I've tried asking on Nintendo Tech Forums, but nobody is responding. At this point any help would be appreciated.
