Anatomy, colour schemes and proportion are concepts that can be applied to any design and then criticized. For example, I could say that Raikou is a terrible, terrible design because it has too many complicated details and markings which cluster it up, and it's claws seem large and strange compared to its legs.
Are they valid criticisms? Yes, they are. Does it it mean Raikou is a poorly designed Pokemon? Not necessarily. Whether or not you agree depends on your own opinion, and either way it should be respected, which reinforces the fact that it's ALL subjective. If you're really trying to assert that "Keldeo looks stupid because I said so!" then there's no point continuing the argument.
