I've been resetting this thing in Y for ~3 days now.
Now I got a pretty nice one:

22/something/30/31/31/31

Should I keep it? The HP are a bit low, but the two Defs, Sp.Atk and Speed are (almost) perfect.
Can you think of a situation where these missing 9 HP IVs could become important?

No because it would just be sitting in a box until I start a new game, then it will sit in Pokebank.

I would keep it and I'm usually pretty fussy about IVs. It's not like you'd get much opportunity to use it, and speed and nature are the most important things to be completely perfect, given that's a case of "faster or not faster" rather than a range of damage rolls.

With 31:

Just keep it. The RNG didn't hate you as bad as my lax hp/def/spdef mewtwo can attest to.
