-A third gen game with the pokemon you want
-An old DS or DS Lite to transfer from third gen to fourth
-A post-E4 fourth gen game
-A post-E4 fifth gen game
-Another DS to transfer from fourth to fifth gen
-A completed fifth gen to receive the 'mons from fourth gen
-A sixth gen game
-A 3DS to play 6th gen game on
-Bank and Transfer
Besides if GF thinks they can make money on a Gen 3 remake, they will do it.
