However, Poison-type moves have become a bit more prevalent, and Whimsy is now 4x weak to it. Make sure you have a Steel-type like Heatran to switch into.
If you have the resources you could use Giga Drain over Moonblast for more health, but the base power of Moonblast means you don't have to invest a lot of SpAtk EVs to become something other than Taunt bait.
