Reconstruct:
Every time the the Pokemon takes damage from an attack, its Defense and Special Defense are raised, +1.
This could potentially lead to it being broken... sooo... maybe the boost activates per 1/5 of lost health?
Or maybe it could get the ability without watering it down if it were a legendary? Like with that failed experiment idea.
