The latios and latias one, the first one, and the one with Entei and Charizard think it was the third one. Oh, the Manaphy one wasn't bad either. The rest were shit.

I liked the 5th/lati@s one, the darkrai one (9 or 10?) and the 3rd/entei one. I love the the first one too, but that is pure nostalgia and mewtwo, not because it's good. Oh, and speaking of mewtwo, if his OVA counts, then drying pan and mewtwo in the one movie should always be watched

Hmm, Zoroark: Master of Illusions was pretty good.
So was the Heroes Latias and Latios.
I've only seen 1-5 and the only one that was pretty bad was The Voice of the Forest
