It completely walls Rotom-W, can revenge kill dragons, has great mixed offensive stats and bulk, and is pretty good wallbreaker. It's not bad by any means, it's just there are better megas to run.

There is no way to run him in singles. I love using him on my doubles team though and he has good viability there.

You just have to use it on a team that plays to its strengths. It's good at wallbreaking and checks Rotom-W and Manaphy really well, so something like Talonflame would be good since it takes advantage of holes in the opponents team and is stopped by Rotom-W. Then both of them are weak to Stealth Rock so something with Rapid Spin or Defog would be useful. Something that can set up hazards can help soften up the opponent's team.
