So new to this game of Poke X but I have to ask, how would you use Super Training?
Would you work hard on the stats its best in or work on it for covering up its weakness.
is it bad to max stat at lv:1?

It's best to just ignore it completely for a normal playthrough. But if you want to use it then it's best to perfect the stats the pokemon is best in. Trying to cover up weak stats or balancing the stats is usually inefficient.
