I want to trade for a hacked shiny Raichu. I have a 5IV Marill with Huge Power, Adamant, and Aqua Jet for trade.

I want the Raichu for competitive, so a 5IV spread lacking in defense enough to allow for Hidden Power Ice would be nice. I understand a 5IV Marill is shit trade for a shiny anything, hence why I want it hacked. The hack thread is basically dead, hence why I am starting a new thread.
