The majority of Deosharp teams have an Aegislash on them, maybe a Gengar or another ghost for those who are concerned about stacking ground/fire weaknesses with Bisharp.
It helps with Bisharp's glaring 4x fighting weakness any way.

If you're running SR weak stuff and having trouble with shitty Deosharp teams (seriously what the fuck smogon swagplay is dumb but you should've put that off for broken shit that actually affects the ladder negatively like deoxys) Zapdos is really great as a defogger that beats Bisharp and Aegislash at once. Beats Pinsir too, which is on this kind of team a lot, and with reliable recovery to boot.

What's a good EV spread/nature to run on Zapdos?
I've been using Roost, Defog, Heat Wave and Thunderbolt with life orb, timid nature and 252 HP/Speed. Not sure if it would benefit more from added bulk or power.
I use life orb because Zapdos can usually roost off the recoil damage if there's nothing hitting it too hard.

For defensive Zapdos you should use either Bold or Calm, preferably Bold, with these EVs:
Bold: 248 HP / 180 Def / 64 SAtk / 16 Spd
Calm: 248 HP / 64 Def / 180 SDef / 16 Spd

Some explanations:
- 16 Spd to outspeed Bisharp, which is super-important.
- 64 SAtk preferably in physical-defensive to OHKO Pinsir with T-Bolt and do better damage against Bisharp with Heat Wave
- In the SDef spread, 64 Def to still counter Pinsir fairly reliably

Assuming M-Heracross has a 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe spread, it doesn't. M-Heracross either loses to Deoxys-S if it runs Speed instead of HP, or it loses to Bisharp later on if it runs HP instead of Speed.

The standard set is Adamant 40 HP / 252 Atk / 216 Spe which is enough to outspeed and kill Adamant Bisharp. And Deo-S is irrelevant since chances are if you're using LO Psycho Boost, it doesn't have any hazards to begin with and wouldn't be a Deosharp core to begin with.
