So we can only hope it has a really interesting ability. Not something gamebreaking, but something that allows it to be used in a unique way.
Or they could change their policy on only +100 BST. I know it's unlikely, but it could help.

Male combees should definitely get something, but I think a split evo line would benefit it a lot more than a mega. Unless the mega had an ability triggering upon fainting, and you could switch it into a super-effective attack to wreak havoc

Hive Defenders: Upon fainting, the opponent's field gets covered in Stinging BEEEEES hazards. They work like sneaky pebbles, but Bug type instead of rock and are un-spinnable and un-defoggable.

+100 Speed

There. Now it's an asshole. Your opponent will have to avoid killing it if they want to not get their field covered in horrible bee hazards. Also would discourage opponents from setting up stealth rocks since it would lose half hp on switch in from them.

Sceptile Gets Dragon typing of course, it's already in the egg group.
+30 Speed, 20 Special Attack, +20 Attack, +10 Def, +20 HP. Abilities? Maybe Mold Breaker or Regenerator.
Swampert stays its typing.
+40 HP, +30 Def, +30 SpDef, +20Atk, -20Spe
Ability? Sap Sipper if you want to troll, Sheer Force could be interesting, but I don't see much potential in that.

I think Camerupt's best option would be all into its defenses, and give it Dry Skin/Water Absorb (to play off the fact that it's based on a camel) as an ability. Could be a pretty great tank, Fire/Ground is great defensive typing when you take away that 4x weakness.

I was thinking that since it's basically the antithesis to M-Gyarados, which is Water / Dark, the Fairy type would make sense in being a counterpart to M-Gyarados's Dark type.

But Water / Dragon is good too.
