But that's just it, the pokemon anime is just a blatant shitty add, it was not hard for Digimon to top it.
Add the reality bending hax just because so we can see every goggles man fight together in a big battle is the definition of a show catering to it's fans.
So there never was an arguement about the digimon show vs the pokemon one, and the last sentence was a personal lamentation as to my choice of franchise.
