I like the principle, and the back actually does like pretty sweet, but the inside section totally ruins it. The spacing is awkward, the colors are poorly lumped together, it looks like your analog buttons have ears, it just could have been done much better. I think some more attention to the inside would improve the looks a lot. Maybe cut down the number of Pokémon on there, space them more evenly, make sure you don't have 3 blues in a row, shit like that.
It's not a bad idea, just bad execution.
