Adding a luck factor can sometimes be interesting.

It serves a purpose in breaking through defense boosts, and out damaging fuckers in situations where your attack only does about 49% damage and they just say "IMMA SPAM ROOST UNTIL YOU MISS OR RUN OUT OF PP!!!"
