Every special Fairy attacker should've gotten Moonblast to make up for it's shallow distribution. This fucker,Togekiss,Dedenne(no special Fairy STAB),Mr. Mime(who also doesn't get Draining Kiss for Technician-boosted STAB + Recovery. What the hell gives Gamefreak? Why do you want these Fairies to suck so badly?), etc all should've gotten the move.
