I like to match my pokemon usually with the type of ball.. but in this case, its all i had on me at the time. I never got into the balltism thing till i came to /vp/ anyways. kinda weird how this place rubs off on ya.

I always keep my team in default Pokeballs, but legendaries and shinies go into Premier Balls. I haven't used my Master Ball since gen III.
>TFW I won the lottery back in December and now have two Master Balls that I won't use.

Legendaries capture rate in x/y is FUCKING LOW, no shit sherlock, you could capture Yveltal/Xerneas on normal pokeball, hell I soft-reset to obtain a good one using just quick ball and ultra ball, I never went more than 4 turns to catch it.

This is only an accomplishment if it wasn't on the first turn.

Quick Balls on the first turn have the highest catch rate of ANY ball. You couldn't have caught that Mewtwo in anything less impressive, other than a Master Ball.

The chances of catching a Mewtwo in a Premier Ball at low HP with Paralysis are much higher than the chances of catching Mewtwo at full HP in a quick ball.
