So I don't get what Gamefreak deal with regional birds is. I mean, Pidgeot had awesome stats (especially how they tied in the dex entry with its speed) and TPP clearly showcased how awesome it was, even when severely underleveled. Then came Swellow, mediocre but really useful on Trick Room teams. Then we get fucking Staraptor - the fucking wussiest bird that never even came CLOSE to combat anything worthwile. And we all know how Unfezant the Uncounterable got sent to Ubers (really thankful that Smogon is curating the metagame, keeping it fair and diverse). And then we get the shittiest bird yet. Fucking 4x weak to the shittiest set-up move ever - In-Your-Face Boulders. It's good nobody ever runs the move, but then again, nobody ever runs Talonflame either. Gamefreak, get your bird act together!
