How did Pinsir even get S? This thing can't do anything against Rotom. their single most common Pokémon. Also has problems against several other Electric-/Flying-types, depending on the coverage moves it uses.

We also established that I switched into Rotom on the Azumarill. You won't switch your Azumarill for Staraptor when I'm going to Thunderbolt you.

My opponent is running a hyper offense team with a Mega Pinsir or Zard Y in the back (switched out against Aerodactyl while I laid Rocks), an Azumarill and a Staraptor. Who of those can set up Pebbles? You running SR on Mega Pinsir?

And even then it would not be all the time:

252+ Atk Choice Band Reckless Staraptor Double-Edge vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Rotom-W: 252-297 (82.8 - 97.6%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO after Stealth Rock

And Staraptor would first have to survive a Thunderbolt from Rotom if it wants to come in, after taking 25% SR damage.
