I'm a so-called "Karenfag" and my ideal Pokemon game would have all final evolutions balanced in terms of stats/movepool/ability/etc. I realized that Pokemon will never be like this, and it was enough to make me lose motivation to play. That and I had bored myself to tears playing bike simulator.

Playing doubles only somewhat alleviates this. There's still plenty of Pokemon that are outright outclassed and have more viable candidates for their team slots.

How does everyone else deal?
