Dragon Pulse has better coverage in general. It hits things like Latias (which the other three moves don't even touch). Yes, non-STAB Dragon is better on Zard Y than STAB Air Slash. Just trust me on this one.

Why is your chomp going lum berry if you're not using outrage?

If you have a spare leftovers, I would switch Helmet for that, if you don't that's fine.

Other than that I don't see much wrong, besides take Defog off of latias, you have a defogger

Well, I don't run chomp anymore but when people Use lum berry on chomp it's to get out of outrage confusion, but I forgot about that swagplay.

If you were to remove defog on latias, maybe use a physic stab, or something.
