It's alright. Don't have one on my team, but between its special bulk, special attack and extremely wide movepool, it's at least decent. Neatly counters a lot of fairies due to access to sludge bomb as well.

No it doesn't. Physical fairies are going to OHKO your shit defenses, specially based fairies have tons of special bulk and won't take shit from a non-STAB sludge bomb.

It's not terrible but it's very mediocre. No good recovery, not enough speed to go an offensive route, nearly everything it can do is done better by Latias.

All you can really say about it is that not a lot can switch into a Specs set.

well there are not much fairy type physical attacks execept play rough and a couple of normal that turn fairy under pixilate

Of course it's weak to fairies. That's why the fairies are fucking there in the first place. Anyone would think you only had a Goodra. Just stick Scizor in your team and you have no reason to worry about them.

Yeah but even specially based fairies are going to beat you because they won't take barely anything from Sludge Bomb.
-Mawile and Azumarill just OHKO you
-Mega Gardevoir 2HKOs you even with Assault vest
-Clefable uses Calm Mind on you
-Sylveon takes nothing from sludge bomb
-Togekiss is barely 3HKOed, and haxes you to death or beats you with Nasty Plot Dazzling Gleams
