Without any super effective priority against him besides other Mega Pinsir, it can sweep with a swords dance.
Mega Heracross already sweeps in OU without boosts if the enemy doesn't have a Pinsir or a Talonflame
Breloom isn't used in OU only because of Bravest Bird

Those two got new, functionally different formes.

Breloom got pretty much nothing this gen.

Mega Heracross is honestly easier to handle than scarf heracross.

Breloom got a boosted Rock Tomb, and again, it was a top threat in OU last gen

Stuff like Scarfchomp can check it. Most scarfers can if they have a rock move. It also has a number of viable counters, it's not just talonflame keeping it check (though it is the best.)

At any rate, T-flame's not getting banned.
