I saw it happen once. In RSE Glacia has a female Sealeo that knows Attract, and somehow it worked on my female Blaziken.

It doesn't make much sense because while homosexual incidents occur in the animal kingdom outside of human beings, actual homosexuality (exclusive attraction to the same gender) is almost completely unheard of outside of animals with both male and female sexual reproductive capability.

if they made it so that attract worked on all pokemon it would basically be the same as confuse ray, except it trade in chance of self-damage for duration. By itself it wouldn't be any more "broken", but you know everyone would just stack confuse ray and attract to annoy the shit out of everyone.
