The tier is pretty diverse, there is actually a lot of viable movesets, and item clause forces variety. There are special sweeping Luvdiscs with specs, three or four varieties of physical sweepers, staldiscs, subswag (although not subswagring, that shit was ridiculous) and so on.

Don't knock it till you've played a few games.

Pic related was first game before we realised how broken Rest is in this tier

Maybe try running at 252 speed, it will turn Bounce and Dive into a pseudo protect against most opponents instead of tripping speed ties.

Honestly we should turn this into an alternate metas thread for people who want to play non-standard stuff.
So hackmons variants, monotypes or even draftmons if we can settle on some rules for that could fit in too.

imagine if every time you RandomBattled on Showdown you were entered in a bracket with 7 other trainers and you all took turns selecting Pokes from a pool of 48

DRAFTMONS
-all standard smogon rules apply for the given tier
-All eligible pokemon for the given tier can be picked or banned
-any given pokemon can only be picked or banned once, so both players cannot use the same pokemon

How to play:
-after finding a player, contact them in Showdown via PM
-determine who is player A and B
-pick and ban pokemon in the order shown in the image (>>18654677)
-once each player has picked 6 pokemon, they are given 5-10 minutes to build their team with these pokemon
-the players battle with their drafted team
