Anger Point/Moldbreaker, Huge Power as HA sounds ideal to me. Anger Point is obvious, Moldbreaker as reference to how the gammas should have killed him or whatever, and Huge Power as his HA because his power is normally hidden.

In fact, having all the supermons with flavor abilities and a semi-broken and lore-friendly HA makes a lot of sense with secret identities in mind.

Thor and Cap would need new items: Mjolnir and Vibranium Shield respectively.

Add a Thick Club-like Mjolnir to these stats >>18656063 and Smogon would make a new tier for Thor.

Cap's shield would probably be like an assault vest for both defenses ... but I guess he'd still get to use non attacking moves?

I think it would be easy to make a very good Avengers-themed team in GSC OU.
The two things you're bound to see on each and every good team is a powerful, practically indestructible tank and a strong, versatile electric-type legendary.
Finding four fitting mons for Iron Man, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow should not be difficult.
