You now have to redesign it from scratch, while keeping its theme. For example: You can redesign Honchkrow completely, as long as it stays with the mob bird theme.
Optional: You also have to change its stats based on appearance, but be realistic (no minmaxed bullshit with 5 in attack and 255 in SpA for example). BST doesn't have to be the same, as long as it stays realistic.
