Do you run stall teams, /vp/?

I'm relatively new to competitive but so far everyone and their mother has 2 steel types, espeon and mandibuzz and I can't do anything, at least with the pokes I have tried.

I thought about using Chandelure with Flash Fire to bait fire attacks since my old team had a decent weakness to fire, and then I would be able to destroy the steel types with a choice scarfed, flash fire buffed Chandelure, but this proves ineffective because Aegislash is one of the most common steel types and he will priority shadow sneak kill me.

The more games I play, and the more I am convinced that having a balanced team flat out works better.

However, I'd love to be proven wrong. Perhaps you could share your experience with me? Pic is the pokemon I ran so far. I'd love to run a full stall team.
