He kind of sucks. He is barely usable. Mamoswine is a better choice if you want to fuck shit up with Ice attacks.

That being said, you can try shell smash, icicle shard, rock blast, whatever you want. use fucking skill link son.

He is fairly defensive but good luck getting him set up without dying
