>higher speedThis is actually a BAD thing, as going first means you won't be tanking shots, and at that point you're better off setting the defenses to 65 each, then setting attacks to 150 each and giving it 120 speed.

You don't have much resistance (though double res on dark/bug is kind of cool), and are sitting on several weaknesses, while carrying enough speed to force you into your weaker form to take the brunt of those shots.
