swagplay is total bullshit, it's borderline autopilot and it tilts the game unreasonably into the hands of the RNG (and it's not even comparable to shit like paraflinch because the good swagplayers have prankster and can make their swagger go first, and after that, they have free turns unlike paraflinchers to set up sub. also any good swagplay teams have ways of dealing with "counters" like blissey and special attackers with 0 atk IV. and probably a ditto.)
baton pass might not even be the next suspect test, haunter only said that he MIGHT (that does not mean he WILL, for the niggers and faggots in the audience) look into suspecting BP. and even if it does, it might not even end in a ban.
also why the fuck would smogon have any kind of interest in rigging a public vote where everyone voting has publicly identified as voting? go on and cite "they'll set the requirement to a horrendously high ELO" if you want, but that probably won't happen considering they had to change the req after it was shown that 1850 ELO would take fucking forever to get and the ladder would take fucking forever to inflate for the test (the new req, 2700 COIL, is obtainable with 1450+ ELO, but you still have to battle a lot to get it).
