How about instead of a blanket word-filter, they block the GTS and wonder trading of Pokemon with a word-filtered name.

I had both Quillidan and Wartortle evolve one after another at the end of a gym battle. What about using evolution stones in the middle of battle?

I didn't like that pkmn couldn't evolve mid battle too, but then i thought about it and realized that stopping the entire battle for an evolution would be too complicated for the programmers and if it was a wifi battle it would ruin the flow of the battle. It still would have been pretty fucking epic at that moment though.

Re-work HMs: HMs still teach Moves, but a pokemon does not need to 'know' a move to use it in the field (Field usage is still badge-locked).
Let's say I have a Charizard in my party. Under this new HM system, it could use Fly, Cut, Strength, and Rock Smash in the field without those Moves taking up slots. However, Charizard cannot use those moves in battle unless they're taught.

Uh, what
They only get the move if its learned and takes up a slot
Otherwise they can use any hm they could normally use in the over world at any time, once the requisite badge is get

I seemed to have misread your statement. My apologies.

On a side note, i dont get why most people on this site cant accept when they are wrong instead play it off as baiting. Shows who the kids are really.

Because the concept of humility is uncomfortsble to most people, even on the internet. They usually haven't been here for long

HMS are a thing stuck in the past and increasingly feel like the most archaic thing on pokemon. And really, changing it would make the games far more mechanically smooth and probably force them to make the hm moves better because people are just going to ignore everything that isn't surf otherwise.

Its too bad back in 4th gen, Rock climb wasent actually a Rock move. It wouldnt of been great but hell it may actually give decent coverage to mons that got it but no rock attacks (if there are any pokemon with that case)
