What if next gen they introduced latent moves for pokemon. Something like a 5th move that a pokemon always had, and couldn't be forgotten. I wouldn't want these to be broken moves like giving volcarona a free fire blast, but more like giving pokemon "signature moves" that aren't really signature. Like all magnemites being able to use magnet rise, all diglets being able to use dig, all electrode could use self-destruct, etc.

This could be a cool way to use some of those moves that seem like they might be useful in specific situations, but aren't worth the moveslot. Discuss, and assign a move to your favorites.
