I normally would prefer Espeon, but not only is Espeon my most hated Eeveelution, but it's shiny turned to shit with X and Y.

If you're not fussed about competitive use, then personally, I'd go with Sylveon or Vaporeon, since pink mermaid kitty yes.

It's all up to personal taste tho.

Yeah, some of them the colour change is so minute it's a bit hard to tell. I like Leafeon's, for some reason. It just seems to contrast a bit more nicely.
