I guess I'l retire on an island where all environements are found (volcano, desert, forests, mountains, snowy areas) where I'll live with my Pokémon teams from each region and settle as some kind of hermit (but with a wife).

I'll gladly help or battle any trainer, young or old, that manage to come and find me. perhaps in the end, I'll find someone worthy enough to be my true apprentice.

Well the legendaries I wouldn't say I could find all of them but I'd try specially the regional specific ones. Befriend would be the most realistic, like Noland and Articuno.

If I was in the pokemon world, I wouldn't have bothered to get involved with competitive battling to start with. Game-wise, though, there is nothing else to do. I usually use it to find and evolve all the remaining pokemon, and once I do transfers, I fill the dex with them, too. This gen, however, I have realized just how pointless all this mess really is. I care nothing for the vast majority of these pokemon. I'll just bother with the few I really like from now on.

I would find promising individuals and teach them how their pokemon can amplify thir capabilities, for example assisting their agility with strong bird pokemon trained to lift humans short distances repeatedly to improve their trainer's speed and evasiveness.

Then we would proceed to challenge gargantuan Pokemon in defense of small villages often ravaged by them.

While few people are sympathetic to our cause, most agree that we're the best damn evil team ever, generally because they've paid their protection money and weren't affected when those other upstarts tried blazing through here with their space laser Pokemon or someshit.

I begin by breeding a couple of 5IV and 6IV Pokémon with egg moves the normal way, and sell these to rich trainers.

After I have accumulated enough capital, I buy up the daycare (or found one myself), and expand it. I hire breeders and IV raters to breed penta-/hexaperfect Pokémon, and pay trainers to catch me the Pokémon I need, and to train males to a certain level where they learn a move I want as an egg move.

Pokémon with less than 5 perfect IVs, or with bad natures, I keep in the daycare until they are level 5 or so, and then release them into the wild. If they are a foreign species and would disturb the ecosystem, I instead ship them to third world countries and sell them at low prices there.
Any penta- and hexaperfects I sell to trainers and collectors at high prices, and shinies at a premium.

The next step, once I can afford the massive investment, is to buy up land and grow berries in large quantities. I open stores across larger cities in the region where I sell berry juices and Pokéblocks – and to create a market for the latter, I open a couple of contest halls in the region and host Pokémon Contests. Though this scheme costs quite a lot, it could pay itself off very quickly: entrance fees, ticket sales, ad revenues/royalties from broadcasting the contest, and demand for my Pokéblocks.

Once my conglomerate of breeding centres, berry farms, and contest halls has enough economic clout (at this point I would probably call it Team [something]), I lobby the regional government to introduce certificates for Pokémon caught or bred in the region (like the pentagram of Kalos) to prevent competition from genners and other regions. I also start exporting the Pokémon, since the regional market would eventually be saturated.

At this point, I'm probably making money like a Persian holding a Coin Amulet. If my business runs smoothly, I take a few pentaperfects from my daycares, and go on a new adventure with them (incognito).

Get ready to become explorer extraordinaire, since I've got my pokemon with the me the dangers would hardly be life-threatening and I could explore every inch of the region looking for rare treasures, tales to tell, and new more relaxed goals

Possibly open something akin to a public quest board. Recruit people to go on exploring adventures with me, or just leave it there if any newbie trainers want to give it a go. When they do, depending on their level I'd give tips or even stick along, if they didn't mind.

So pretty much quit battling and enjoy the pokeverse. Hopefuly find a soulmate while doing this; I'll be in a town too, so it's not like I'll be forever shoved inside a cave or something.

I also found branches of my company abroad, so I can ship parents back and forth between countries so that each of my daycares has plenty of Pokémon to MM with; and I buy up any Destiny Knots and Everstones my employees or I can find, of course.

While I tour the region unrecognised, I look out for any female trainers who would make good wives and mothers, and hopefully by the time I beat the Elite 4 a second time, I am travelling with a lover.

My wife and I then settle down (if I haven't found one, I visit a different region until I do), and I personally run one of my smaller daycares/berry farms until our children are of age. I then send them on a Pokémon journey of their own (perhaps groom one of them to take over my corporation instead), and if they return successful, I have them accompany me to hunt down legendaries all over the world.

When I, after a long and fulfilled life, grow too old to travel, I return to my daycare/berry farm, leave my business empire to one of my sons, and spend the rest of my days with my wife, my bros, and my lesser deities in tranquillity.

I always assumed pokemon are really hard to catch and tame unless its a weak pokemon already. Catching a Gible and getting it to evolve into a Garchomp would be something incredibly impressive. So thats why most people don't have varied teams.

i'd probably settle down somewhere quiet with my pokemon for a couple years, pick up a hobby like playing an instrument or managing a vineyard or whatever retired people do, and then become a professor when i get bored.

Eh, I could still teach them basic strategy and supply them with TMs, vitamins, Rare Candies, and various held items, as well as hatching decently powerful Pokemon for new recruits. Not all of them need to be rocking a Garchomp, but I will let Grunts raise their own Huge Power Azumarill and Diggersby, and they will have the moves and tactics to use them well.

I would just IV/EV train the rest of my Pokemon to Lv.100, then complete the whole Pokedex. Then I'll go and date the Blue Furisode Girl and have a relationship with her. We could help each other on our weaknesses in battle and learn from each other. Then we can try new things like fashion and trading. Then we marry and move to another region. But I just might go on a journey again in case I'm interested in catching new Pokemon.
