Yes. Full attack Adamant Diggersby gets 464 attack points, while full attack Adamant Garchomp gets 394. Not like you should run Adamant Chomp though.
Hell, it's even stronger than Landorus-T's, who gets a max attack stat of 427.

I recently got a genned e-speed zigzagoon.
Honestly linoone was the only thing that was cock-blocking my regional rodent team in-game because linoone has NOTHING but its e-speed claim to fame.
It kinda sucks using a genned one but I'm just gonna chalk it up to gamefreak being a pain.

I run a kind of a weird set of trick/u-turn/flamethrower/blizzard
Tricking scarfs onto set up pokemon
u-turning into immunities
And using 4x weaknesses like garchomp/ferrothorn/scizor
Its not perfect but it works well enough.
Doesn't kill a whole lot but it can cripple several pokemon if used well

If its anything, I use watchog as a bit of a wall breaker with hypnosis/super fang/confuse ray or swagger (I use ray personally)
The last move theres a lot of odd options you can use. Dream eater can keep you alive a bit longer but you dont have a lot of sp.atk, foresight can let you super fang ghosts, chesto resto for healing, a sash/flail combo.
Watchog has a few niches that the others can't fill as well.
Just its stats and abilities are shit.

There's nothing fun about outspeeding your opponent, all the time every time. Competitively it is fantastic and I used one for a few battles, but it isn't challenging to use and I'm not really playing to win (especially if I'm using regional birds). Staraptor is probably almost too good to use as well, but it isn't as ridiculous as Talonflame.

Did you give it a horrible moveset or something?
I was a great addition to my team during my playthrough.
I taught mine Iron Tail, Shadow Ball, Surf, and Dig. I would have given it Thunder Punch instead of dig, but I already gave that to Typhlosion.

in my first playthrough of pokemon X I got a vivillon, and while it sucks stats wise I liked it so much I used it thorugh the elite 4 and champion, being useful
