Politoed: Special attacker with Choice Specs. It won'd be doing massive damage, but the specs support it's tendency to switch in and out of combat to set up rain.
Toxicroak: Dry skin toxicroak heals every turn in the rain. Use
>>18705768 set, but replace Ice Punch with Poison Jab as Toxicoak's paper defenses have no business being up against a flier or dragon.
Tentacruel: Rain Dish here for healing. Tenta can set up toxic spikes and rapid spin away enemy hazards, and can run scald to burn opponents.
Goodra: Waifuufags go home, Goodra is a decent special tank that can hit reasonably hard. With the Hydration ability, Rest becomes a 100% heal with no drawbacks.
Galvantula: Sets up Sticky Web to fuck with opponents (but watch out for Defiant pokemon) and can abuse 100% accurate Thunder. Since you don't need Compoundeyes, grab Swarm to boost your other STAB, bug buzz.
Kabutops: Swift Swim physical sweeper with decent physical bulk. Swords Dance then kill shit with insanely powerful water STABs or less powerful rock STABs.
